On Ramp Course

For newcomers to the CrossFit Structure

Are you new or interested in CrossFit? We provide On Ramp Course sessions for newcomers to learn the fundamentals and structure of CrossFit! (This is required for people new to CrossFit or who are not very familiar with CrossFit.) The class is an interactive, kinesthetic learning environment with others who are new to CrossFit. The On Ramp Course is available Monday through Thursday at 7pm. They last approximately one hour. Newcomers must complete 8 onramp classes within a 1 month period.


A reservation is required for these classes.

Class spots are reserved one week prior to scheduled classes.


We are part of Diablo Rock Climing Gym.


members - FREE
non-members - $15 per class, or $20 for a day pass which gives you access to climbing and all the classes offered for that day (e.g. yoga, cycling, TRX).
