On-Ramp Course

Required for newcomers to CrossFit


Interested in trying CrossFit? Or maybe it's been a while since your last class? Our On-Ramp class will get you up to speed on movements, class structure, vocabulary and safety in the CrossFit area. Plus you get to meet people who are also new to the program!
Athletes must complete 8 On-Ramp classes within a month before gaining access to our full schedule of classes.


Tuesday 7PM (reservation required)
Thursday 7PM (reservation required)
Friday 6 PM (reservation required)
Saturday 11 AM
Sunday 10 AM


Members - FREE
Non-members - $25/ class which also covers you for full use of the gym for that day.
