On Ramp

Required for newcomers to CrossFit 

Interested in trying CrossFit? Or maybe it's been a while since your last class? Our On-Ramp class will get you up to speed on movements, class structure, vocabulary and safety in the CrossFit area. Plus you get to meet people who are also new to the program!

Athletes must complete 8 On-Ramp classes within a month before gaining access to our full schedule of classes.

Members - FREE

Non-members - $30/ class which also covers you for full use of the gym for that day.

Open Gym Policy

 

Drop-Ins

 

We love open gym! But only during non-class times. We ask that you are cleaned up 10 min. before a scheduled class time. The front desk can open up the locked boxes for you in exchange for collateral like a Driver’s License or your car keys.

Open Gym is free to Touchstones members who pay the $20 monthly CrossFit subscription. Non-subscribing members may “drop-in” for $5. Non Touchstone members may also drop in for a $25 day pass plus a $5 fee to use the CrossFit area and equipment, totaling $30.


Those with previous CrossFit experience are more than welcome to drop in to any class that works for them.

Non-Member Cost: $30 (This includes access to CrossFit classes and the gym facilities like climbing, weight room, sauna, steam room and showers!)

Touchstone Member Cost: $5 (Touchstone Members can add CrossFit to their membership for $20/month)


All visitors and guests to our facility must have a waiver on file. You can fill one out online or in person.
